My passport has a memo page indicating my 'first name is also spelled as' NAME_B. Althought I always use my NAME_A for all my legal documents for visa and GC purposes, this has caused some confussions in some other cases in the past. After my 485 approved recently, I plan to go some procedures (in court?) to officially nail my NAME_B as the only first name for al purpose in future. Does any of you have experience or knowledge about this procedure and predictable problems this may cause to PPS and others?
