Name Blunder !!!

In my i-485 form I realized after i got my reciept from INS that my first name and last name are inter changed , How can i rectify this problem? getting hold of the ins officer is a uphill task
your help will appreciated

Best thing is to write a letter to INS with the correction and copy of ur Reciept with the letter asap to the service center we guys are phobic about INS I have spoken to INS so many times and they always guide u in right direction

you will have to send proof again

You will be required to send in a copy of your receipt, proof
of you correct name(even if it is INS mistake). you will have
to fax it to all the depts(765, 131, 485) and call again and
make sure that the change has taken place. I had to fax
my info twice and talk to IIO twice regarding this..

Inspite of all this FP notice still had an error...hope this
won't create any problems ...GOD help INS.
 
I also mispelled on 485 papers

I got notice today and there is mistake in spelling in the last words on 485 and advanve aprole but it was correct on Employment, My attorney spoke to INS requested to desired changes.
I am also planning to talk to IIO again after some time to check again :cool:
