Name & Address of Sender on Green Card Package

YASSER

I would be grateful if anyone of those who received their green card package already , can give me the name and address of the sender written on the envelope .
I need this information along with the tracking number (I have) to sort out the delivery of my family's cards .
I would appreciate any help in this respect .
Thanks

Ours did not have a name, just a return address of a PO Box in Mesquite, Texas (I guess the address of the TSC but no name given, presumably for protection of the mail).

Yep, that's right. Same protection as for credit card deliveries etc.

Do they still send cards from that address ? I read somewhere , cards are produced and mailed from Kentucky , a company called Dynamic Information Technology located in Kentucky.
But maybe the return address on the envelope has nothing to do with the actual production location where the cards are being picked up by USPS ? .
Have you received your cards recently ?

Where did you read that? As far as I know all green cards were and still are produced by Texas Service Center in Texas.
No it wasn't too recent, early last year.

Well, that's a bit bizarre, because that article is dated 2011, it's hardly recent. We got our green cards in 2014. Wherever I read that the green cards were produced in Texas seemed to be backed up by that fact that (1) when my card went missing my inquiry was routed through to the Texas center and (2) when I eventually had to get my congressperson involved they too were talking to the people in Texas. So yes maybe they are produced in KY but all inquiries and return addresses go through TX. That would seem a rather strange way of doing it. Perhaps the question is whether the KY facility is still doing it...

Yes . But the returning address on the envelope maybe not the address of Dynamic at kentucky

You asked the return address, I gave the one I had
Either someone more recent will give you a different return address, or someone else can play supersleuth.
Now we've established KY was doing it before I got my card you can use Mesquite or not use it, up to you

But the question is not that . The question what is the return address on the envelope .
SusieQQ , your case number for the green card started with IOE .
?

.... I gave you the return address I had. See below. Card is produced in KY but all responsibility comes through TSC. I guess that includes the return address.

IOE is the receipt number for the green card fee. All ELIS-paid green card fees, at least for DV if not others, start with IOE. The case number is the DV case number. What's that got to do with it, it won't be anywhere on the envelope??

Card Production Timeframes: AOS vs. CP Cases
In most cases, the USCIS produces the plastic, permanent residence card (commonly, "green card") (form I-551) soon after the I-485 is approved. Individuals who apply via consular processing, however, rather than adjustment of status, have experienced delays in receipt of the green card after admission to the United States.
SCOPS provided an overview of the process, including information on how long the process should take. Consular processing applicants are issued an immigrant visa at a U.S. consulate, and are also provided with an immigrant visa packet. This packet, then, is eventually collected by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer at the airport or other U.S. port of entry (POE). The CBP officer forwards the packet to the USCIS Texas Service Center (TSC). The TSC is responsible for entering the required data into the USCIS system and ordering the production of the card. The card is ordered only if the individual has paid the required domestic processing fee. This fee was established in 2013, as explained in the MurthyDotCom NewsBrief,
New Immigrant Visa Fee Announced (21.Dec.2012). The card itself is produced by a separate office, which is located in Kentucky.
This process, according to SCOPS, should be completed within 45 days from the time when TSC receives the package, provided the processing fee has been paid. Individuals who experience delays in the process are directed to call the USCIS National Customer Service Center, at 1.800.375.5283
