nsc has been oscillating btw sept and oct for 5 mo. I wonder how long it will take to go from oct to nov and ahead!

Hope you fight through the mess.... one quick question though:

Did you move to the new company after 6 months of your 485 ND and what is your I-140 ND.

I am waiting for my I-140 since May 2, 2003.

I guess, it's been almost 3 months since you filed AC21 with RFE. Have you got any response yet from NSC?
