N600 procedure-what happens after confirmed?

Hi,
I visited this board a couple weeks ago and got fantastic help with some N-600 problems that I was having. I was wondering what exactly happens after the N-600 is confirmed. Is a personal interview required? Would they just mail me the Certificate or is there some type of ceremony? The problem is that we plan to do some travelling, and I don't want to be out of the country if a personal interview is necessary.
Thanks again,
natchung

If you have a choice do not get anywhere close the Philadelphia District Office. Try Orlando.

My friend's brother had to appear to take the oath. But in his case, he had turned eighteen between the time the application was filed and when USCIS finally responded. I don't think kids under 18 have to take the oath.
