Hello.

This is my first post. My question is I am married to a USC and have been a perm. res. since Feb 28, 2002, and I was informed that I can apply for Naturalization 90 days prior to the 3 year time period. Is this correct.
I live in Maine. :)

Yes, if your GC was based on marriage to a USC. If your GC is based on employment, its 3 years from date of marriage.

Can anyone clarify?

My GC is based on employment, I know for sure that you can file N400 3 years from date of marriage ( if GC is before marriage date).
But I am not sure if you can file N-400 90 dyas before marriage reach 3 years or not.

Can someone clearify on that?
