For someone who lives in Alameda county, CA and falls under San Francisco jurisdiction. However they are scheduled for their N400 interview at the San Jose DO instead of San Francisco DO. Can someone explain why that would be the case?

Never mind, got my answer from the USCIS office guide, turns out some parts of Alameda County falls under San Jose DO based on the zip code.
