N400 questions .. please help

I lived in NJ . Now I am applying for citizenship, I do have following questions about n400 traffic tickets section

1. unfortunately I did not maintain the logs for all traffic tickets I receive. On last Saturday I received my driving abstract from NJ . Before NJ I used to carry Michigan license , should I contact Michigan DMV? Can they provide me with driving abstract for old license. When I got my NJ license they took away my Michigan license. Do driver license number change when you change states?

2. I remember that I pay my all tickets. How I can make sure(verify) that I pay all tickets. For one ticket on my NJ driving abstract I did not remember exact location . I remember it was NY state and that is it ..

3. I heard that mentioning traffic tickets on n400 can trigger RFE . Can anybody please give me sample how to mention simple traffic tickets.

I am thinking about

Why were cited, detained, ... charged "Traffic citation"

in Outcome column " Fine paid"

Please share your experience . I will really appreciate your help

It depends on the violation, it depends on the fine amount, it depends on the number of tickets, it depends on the DO where you apply, and it depends on the officer scrutinizing your case. In general, for tickets under 500, you do not need to provide court disposition, but need to provide if the fine was over 500.
