I would appreciate if anyone can answer this for me...

1) Part 10, (section G) question 33 states:
Are you a male who lived in the United States anytime between your 18th and 26th birthdays in any status except and lawful nonimmigrant?
Options are YES or NO

I dont know how I should answer this question. I came into the country on a H1 visa at age 21. And maintained H1 until age 28. Already got a letter from "Selective Services" stating that I did not have to register because of Visa status. I plan to send a copy of the letter with the application.
Should I answer this question as Yes or No?

2) Second question:
Part 6B, about employment in the last 5 years.
I registered with my town as a sole-proprietor in 2003. In 2004 I took up another job, and not been "active" in my business since then. But I am still registered with the town and report in my tax returns as I need to.
Should I mention my business till current, or until it was really active (2004)?

Thank you!

Q1: answer No. you were lawful nonimmigrant before age of 26. i answered No bc my situation is like yours. however, i did not send in the letter from SSS since it was not one of the item to list on the check list. i brought it to my interview thou (they never asked for that)

Q2: I would put down own business till current as well as the new job started in 2004. it has nothing wrong to report 2 jobs, especially you file tax for your own business every year.
