N400 question 7 advice

Filing the n400 form question 7 asks how many days have you been away from USA within the last five years and how many times have you been away more than twenty four hours from USA I am a flight attendant therefore constantly in and out can any one please advise

Being a flight attendant does not excuse you from reporting the numbers.
Many people lose track of the travels, but for you it should be easy ... look at the timesheets.
USCIS asks you do not consider the day of traveling out and the day of traveling in into your calculations, so the calculations actually work in your favor.
You do not need to report a trip shorter than 24 hours.
