N400 - Q6 Part B - Client name or employer

Hi,

I am getting ready to file my N400 application and need your advice about couple of items:

Q6 - Part B - Employment history
1. I worked as a W2 employee for company X and worked at client site B. I am expecting I need to provide company X address in column employer/college address. Is it right?
1A. If employer company X has a local office (which is connected with my work) and a HQ address in another state, which address I need to provide?
2. I worked on 1099-Misc few times. I need to mention 'Self Employed' under Employer column. Which address to be filled in the employer/college address -- my home address or the client address?

Please clarify.

Close your eyes and put the address which is on your W-2. It's simple, when USCIS will ask to see your pay stubs or W-2, they will match that address with the address which you have put on your N-400.
