N400 Oath Ceremony

Friends,
I received oath letter for the ceremony scheduled on Aug 18.
Could you please suggest what are the documents that I should carry for the ceremony.
Also do I need to fill the questions at the back of the letter during the ceremony or on the day before the ceremony.
What kind of attire is required for the ceremony?
Do I need to carry any passport size photographs for the ceremony.

Congratulations!

You need to take (a) your GC and (b) the appointment letter, which will need to be filled out and signed (w/full name) prior to registration at the ceremony. You can do it any time, but I suggest leaving it until last minute just in case you get stopped for a traffic ticket on the way...

From two ceremonies I've attended, I can only suggest the dress is casual. You'll see people wearing everything from a full suit thru business casual on down. USCIS really don't enforce any dress code, so wear whatever makes you comfortable.

No need for passport or photos - all processing has been completed unless you answer "yes" to any of those pesky questions.
