Does n400 interview letter comes from Local DO or NBC benefit ctr?

N-400 letter is generally generated from Lee Summit Missouri and not from your local DO.

Now, having said that if you have been called for the interview and their is some check that local DO needs to do...for example....order a missing file or reschedule you for somee reason.....in that case local DO sends out a letter by mail.
