Folks,

I have few questions while completing the form N400.

1) My daughter is US born citizen, What should I fill under "USCIS A - Number" column? in Part 9: Information about your children

2) I have two traffic tickets in the last five years. But, in my DMV driving abstract, only one incident was reported/recorded. Do I have to mention about the ticket that didn't made into my driving history?

3. In Part 6, about employment, Do I have to be precise about the job title i have used to get my green card for? (e.g: software engineer, developer, programmer analyst)

Thank you much for your help!!

Thanks,
vengsr

1) N/A for the born citizen's A-number
2) Yes*
3) No. It asks for occupation, not job title.

*some are of the opinion that you don't need to disclose traffic tickets under $500 that didn't involve an arrest or DUI. But if you are going to take that stance, then don't disclose any of those two tickets. Don't list one and hide the other because of what you see on the driving record. States have various criteria for purging driving incidents; both incidents probably were on your record at some point, but one has since been purged or archived. Either list both or list none.

Thank you much Jackolantern for your quick response!!
As you suggested, I will mention both the tickets in the application.

Thanks again!!
