N400 form expires 12/31/2009

Hi:

the latest N400 form I can get online has the notice it expires at 12/31/2009. Since this is the latest, posted by the government, I suppose it still must be OK and I am almost sure such questions have been asked already and answered.

But if some of you respectable gurus will advice me on the subject or perhaps point to an approprioate mail thread/government memo, I'll be much obliged.

Though N-400 form says expired, the edition date '01/22/09' is still acceptable by USCIS.

Edition Date :
01/22/09. 10/15/07, 07/30/07, 11/01/06, 05/31/01 can be used. No other editions accepted
