N400 - Employmen history

Hi

I have been self employed (contractor) for 18 months during the last 5 years. During those 18 months, I worked at 3 different locations on different days of the week. I do not have the exact dates with me

Can I just make one entry "SELF EMPLOYED", mention all the addresses and give the 18 month range

That seems reasonable. The idea is to be truthful - whatever seems truthful to you should do.

Also, try to take as much documentation/paperwork to the interview as possible.
