N400 document checklist question

I am going through the document checklist in the Naturalization Guide. It says the following:

"If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions from 1 through 15 in Part 7, send: a written explanation on a separate sheet of paper."

AND

"If you answer "No" to any of the questions from 1 through 5 in Part 8, send: a written explanation on a separate sheet of paper."

But, there are no questions 1 through 15 in Part 7 or questions 1 through 5 in Part 8. Am I using the right forms (I am using N-400 (Rev. 12/16/05)Y? or the wrong check list ((Form M-477) Rev. 12/00)N)

If those don't match up can someone tell me what part 7 use to be and what part 8 use to be. That will give me an indication of what they are talking about.

The Guide to Naturalization is older that the N400 form that is available on the BCIS site.

The separated sections (7 & 8) as mentioned by the Guide has most likely all been consolidated into Section 10 (into different parts).

If you go through Section 10, every part (A through H) ask for an explanation if you answer a particular way (meaning, if the answer should be a "No" but you answer "Yes").

Also note that the N400 fee is now $400 and NOT $390 as is stated in the Guide.
