N400 - Divorce decree

Friends,

I would greatly appreciate if someone who knows about the following issues can respond with answers. Thanks in advance.

I was married for two years and went thru a divorce during GC period. All things were settled in India. I read in the guide that I need to send the decree with N-400. So do I need to send the Indian court's papers/decree?

And although the guide online still shows the old style angled photo, with N-400 we need the simpler front looking passprt photo. Is that right?

Is there anyone who did that?

You need to send the new style - Straight face - photos with your N-400.

Yes, you need to send photo copy of your divorce decree with your N-400 application. Make sure either you get the decree in English or it is translated in English.
