N400: Divorce after I751

2008 - moved to US as a spouse of USC
2010 Feb - I751 approved, got my 10yrs GC
2010 Jul - separate with USC
2011 Oct - Divorce
2013 - apply N400 base on 5yrs of residence

according to this timeline, will my separation with my ex-USC spouse cause difficulties to my N400?
USCIS will review my case base on 5yrs of residence or base on my ex-marraige?

2010 you got GC through marriage to USC but divorced.So you need to apply based on 5 year requirement on your own.For 3 years wait period you need to be still married to same USC.So USCIS will review it as a 5 years category and reject your application if you apply now.
