My first letter I received for FINGERPRINTS was NOV 26 2004... as people have mentioned that this date is my Receipt Date.. but rightnow N400 status in Chicago is July 2005.. how can it really be that my INTERVIEW was on OCT 3 2005 and my FingerPrints was May 2005, my receipt date would be NOV 26 2004? doesn't make any sense...

anyone can say something?

My relatives had asked a lawyer about delays in dates and the Lawyer said that DATE means nothing.. its all SECURTY CLEARENCE.

Still confused

I am trying to understand what you tried to say.

1) your PD is sometime before Nov 26, 2004. Unless you recieved your very first letter from USCIS along with your FP notice, whatever the date for your FP was not your priority date (your receipt date).
2) you went thru your interview in Oct 3, 2005.
3) Chicago DO shows they are processing cases for PD July 2005.

If these are true, what is your issue / question?

Are you stucked in the name check? what was the result of your interview?
You can see your case was processed (because you went thru your interview). The online processing date has nothing to do with your case anymore. If your name check is pending / stucked, you won't receive a decision / oath letter until it is cleared.
