I would appreciate your help with my question. Here is the situation:
26/Oct/05:________Filed N400 (with $390 check)
03/Nov/05:_______Check ($390) cashed
08/Nov/05:_______USCIS asked for more funds ($10)
12/Nov/05:_______Sent check ($10) to USCIS
14/Nov/05:_______USCIS received it
It has been 45 days since then, but USCIS has not cashed the $10 check
yet. I also sent an inquiry on 15/Dec/05 but have not heard back from
USCIS. I think my case is languishing. So what options do I have ?
(a) File another N400 application with new $400 payment ?
(b) Call USCIS again and try to resolve it ?
Have tried option (b) 2-3 times, but it does not work - I get stock answer
"call after 90 days" Should I give option (a) a try ? Anyone out there in
same situation, have you guys resolved this - if so how ?
Any feedback/help is deeply appreciated.
