While applying for my green card back in the Philippines, I admitted to trying marijuana when I was in my 30s (I'm 50 now) during the medical interview. The incident occurred in 2009 during a high school reunion. I have NOT used it since and definitely not while living in the US. The USCIS civil doctor determined that it was not at the level of addiction so I got my green card.
I've lived in the US for 5 years and have submitted an N400 application. I recently realized I may have made a mistake and came here for insights.
While filling out the form, I answered NO to the question "Have you EVER committed, agreed to commit, asked someone else to commit, helped commit, or tried to commit a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?"
Given that I made an admission during my GC medical interview, should I have answered YES? What do I do next?
