I'm in college, only go home about once every month (4 hours away), I'm only in college for about another 2 years. Should I put my home as primary address or my college as primary address? Or should I put my home as primary address and my college address as "Care Of" address?

For Affiliations, should I put some high school club like Nation Honor Society, etc.? Or do they mean something like political parties?

For the N-400, full time college students being financially supported by parents are allowed to choose either their parents' address, or their on-campuis/near-campus address.

They will set the location of the interview and oath based on the address you specified, so consider that when making your choice.

For affiliations, they want you to list all that are of any nontrivial significance (NOT your Sam's Club or gym membership), including fraternities, alumni associations etc., not just political.
