N400 8G question

This might be a silly question but it had me confused -
Section 8G asks - How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?
Does this include the current marriage (in which case the answer would be 1) or exclude it (in which case the answer be 0)?

Most people in this forum would say that the correct answer is 1 (including the current marriage).

The current marriage is to be included. Some on this forum have mentioned the 0 they wrote being corrected to 1 by the IO when the IO saw that they are currently married.
