Hi,
Based on the 5yr GC I am applying N400 and have couple of questions:
1) Spoke to an imm attorney and all he asked me to send is Copy of GC, 2 Photos, filled Application, and a Check. I was married to USC earlier and divorced and he said its not required to send the divorce decree, based on anyones exp is that right? Based on the N400 guide looks like I dont have to send the divorce decree.
2) Ticket-Got a traffic ticket 4 years back, and I do not remember the date at all, thats the only ticket in 7 years, so called the records office and they cant find anything based on my social or last name so what do I do , and should I ask them to give me a certified letter saying they couldnt find any!
I have my DL from Florida and got the ticket in NM.
