This is the first time me and my mom do this and we didn’t know about form N-652. At the time after she fails, we thought that they will give us some paper via mail or something once we have a the re-interview is scheduled. Yesterday, we received the re-interview letter but nothing else, so I searched about this and found out about Form N-652. But the majority of the post I saw is how the person is already passed and nothing like my mother’s case. I tried calling but it doesn’t connect me to an agent even if I ask it to. So I don't know what to do.
