N-652: "a decision cannot yet be made" Hey, at the bottom of this letter, how it says, if you dont hear anything within 120 days, you have the right for a hearing, etc.

Has anybody done that?
How long did it take before you could appear at the court?
Please note; I am not talking about filing a lawsuit.
