I'm preparing the N-600 form for my girlfriend and would appreciate any help on this question. Her father was naturalized after she was born, then sponsored to the US when she was 17. We called USCIS up and were told that she would qualify for the Child Citizenship Act. Now what should she put for question 2 under part 2 in form N-600:
I am claiming U.S. citizenship through:
A U.S. citizen father or a U.S. citizen mother.
Both U.S. citizen parents.
A U.S. citizen adoptive parent(s).
An alien parent(s) who naturalized.
We're thinking she should choose the 4th option but are not sure between that or the first option. Please advise.
