N 600 lost document

I am applying for the Certificate of Citizenship for my minor adopted daughter. The N 600 asks for her passport # and port of entry. I don't have that information. I have her IR3 visa. What are my options? I am a natural born citizen of US and would like her to have this document. Many thanks in advance
 
You can just put Unknown.

In my opinion you should just apply for a US passport for her and forget about the Certificate of Citizenship.
 
Personally i'd get the CoC as well, after getting the passport for the child, could be viewed as a waste of money but it's my preference
