I am looking to fill out an N-600 form to establish my dual citizenship, the only thing is I cannot find my US citizen father, I have heard that a grandparent can tranfer citizenship with a supplementing form. I am currently living with my grandmother, we have all of my fathers documentation except for his current address and phone number, can I have this form filled out and processed using my grandmothers information and fathers information in lieu of my fathers recent address and phone number?
