N-445 Question

I got a traffic citation after my interview. Should I disclose it on my n445 even though I plan on going to court for the citation? Does anyone know anybody that had a similar experience. Please help. thank you

Yes, if it is a moving violation, such as speeding or running a red light. No need to disclose if it is for double parking, expired meter etc.
