What is the processing time for N-400 in Texas Service Center and procedure? And, what I need to be careful. I have just applied on Nov 7th, 2006. Also, what is the procedure to get the citizenship for my 12 years old daughter?

Thanks for the reply. As you advised, I could not locate the TSC processing time for N-400. I found the West Palm Beach processing time. But I applied directely to the Service Center. Please help.

N-400 processing dates are published by district offices (DO) even though you directly apply to the service center. Check your district office's timeline and that would be applicable to you.
 
Figure out what district office you belong to (easiest way, try to make an "InfoPass" appointment through the USCIS site). Then find the "timeline" thread for that office in this forum. Read everyone's timeline. It will give you a better idea of how long you need to wait than anything the USCIS gives you.
 
Received the notice of action.

Hi!

I have received the notice of action, which indicates that they receive my appication. They are just saying that I will get notice for the interview within 365 days. What can I expect in this case. Help

11/07/06: N-400 Mailed
11/14/06: Priority Date
11/14/06: Notice Date
 
That number (the 365) seems to be a made up number intended to confuse you. Mine was 755 days.

Read the "timeline" thread for your district office, it will give you the best idea of what to expect.
 
When you get it. Typically (it seems) about a week to a month after the first notice. Get used to waiting, and get used to not knowing when the next event will happen. If you have no expectations, you won't be disappointed.

The best place to find this out is the "timeline" thread on this forum for your DO

Guess what? I just got the notification to appear for the finger print on 12/05/2006. Now what? wait for interview?

What should I do now. What I need to do for the interview?? Your help would be appreciated.
