Can I study out of the US in May while N 400 is processing? I really need an answer soon cause the tuition is due. I also have an I 751 processing. And a stamp in my passport good up to September.

I 751 applied August, 2003 at Nebraska.
N 400 applied December, 2004 at Nebraska.
Finger printed February, 2005.

Yes you can leave. But all requrements of GC apply ie Dont leave

a) for over 6 months at a time
b) 30 months physical presence in effect

ALSO:
c) file your taxes even if you dont have income
d) get conclusive proof that you are/were maintaining ties to the US while you were gone
 
Received NOA for N400 Interview on 03/24/05. I haven't heard anything about the I 751 from August, 2003. They could not find it in the system. What does that mean?
