Hi:

I am recently getting information regarding application for citizenship (N-400). According to the instruction, an applicant will submit N-400 form to one of four service centers according to the state the applicant lives in. Is this right?

Why did many posts ask and present different timelines in different cities?

Please explain?

The Instructions for N-400 are very clear:
"Where to File: Send your N-400 application and supporting documents to the Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence."
Why shouldn't it be right?
The timeline can be different in the same family. And you're surprised about different timelines in different cities
