N-400 when to file

I just read the N-400 guideline. It says Under "Who may file N-400" section

You have been married and living with the same us citizen for last 3 years.

Here is the time line

Married : 25 May 2005
Applied for GC : April 2006
Received Provitionsl GC : 01/18/07
Condition Removed and Received GC on 01/18/09

Should I put in my N-400 now. Or should I wiat till Nov?

and assume Your spouse has been a citizen for >= 3 years.

If the residence since date on your GC is 01/18/07, wait until october 20.

To be safe, give it a few extra days. You can file on October 25
