N-400: sending application to courier address

Wouldn't sending the application to the courier address (vs. POBox) signify urgency and so USCIS would give more prompt handling to your case overall?

Would a "personal check" for application fee be okay, or it should be a bank draft, money order, etc

I doubt USCIS has priority processing regardless of where you send it. They just offer the facility to Courier instead of mailing it. I can't imaging they would slip you in at the head of the queue because you used a courier. Given the comments I have read here, the Courier delivery seems, if anything, to take a little longer. :)

The instructions list acceptable payments. I sent personal checks which they cashed a few days later.
