My wife is applying as spouse of a US citizen. As I understand it the continuous residence and physical presence need only go back 3 years from submittal date (or is it interview date) of N-400 when applying as a US citizen spouse.
However, section 9 asks for all trip outside of US for the previous 5 years. Does USCIS consider trips outside US beyond 3 years for spouses of US citizens?
