Hello:

Answer to the question is greatly appreciated.

I have current home residence where i have been leaving for more then 7 years now (Home address). My family is still leaving there.

Currently i have taken a job in the west coast. And moved in an apartment and have been leaving since 4 months (temp Address). And i visit my family more often.

Now my questions is do i have to enter my primary residence as home address. Or the temporary address as home address in N-400 form.

Do i have to mention the temporary address in the list of 'Last 5 years lived address in USA' ?

Do i have to mention the tempaorary address at all in the application or just ignore it?

Thanks

Your home address is as you've described it in your posting......where your family resides and not where you have been temporarily based out of for the last 4 months. If necessary you can list your temporary address as your mailing address, however, I don't think that is necessary either.

You are still leaving there? :D You don't like the place? When will you start living there?

The home address as described is where your family resides. You can mention the temporary address in the form if you like.

You temporary assignment should not impact your home address (which is usually primary residence for US federal tax purposes). If you have docs to support your home address, you should be ok.

Please keep in mind that home address will be used for finger printing and interview purposes when they schedule local appointments via USCIS nearest offices. Also i think it is a requirement for you to reside in the same district where apply (it means per your home address) within 90 days of your application. Experts can correct me here.
