On August 3, 2007 I filled my N-400 but with a check for old fees rather then the new fees which went into effect on July 30, 2007. The application was mailed to Vermont processing center. How long does it takes for them to reject the application and mail it back.
Can I mail another application with correct fees while I am waiting for the original application to be rejected due to the incorrect fees?
