N-400 Question on Eligibility

Hi, I have been a lawful perrmanent resident for over five years and have ben married to a US citizen for over 6. Should I choose "I have been a lawful permanent resident of the US for at least five years" OR "I have been a lawful permanent resident of the US for at least 3 eyars and I have been married to and living with the same US citizen for the last 3 years"? Seems like both are applicable as the question is worded. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
go for ur eligibility based on 5 year of residency so you dont have to go through the hassle and burden the IO of the ongoing marital union and all that stuff.
