N-400 processing time in San Jose/Oakland-San Francisco info

Oath schedule for : August 29, 2003

N400 submit: First week of Jan. 2003
FD: Feb. 11, 2003 -- my friend
FD: Feb. 28, 2003 -- mine

interview: July 9, 2003 -- my friend
interview: July 30, 2003 -- mine

Both of us waiting for the oath. Officer told us it will take ~ 2-3 months.

Thanks for sharing it with us.
I called the National Customer Service with a question and asked if they knew how long does it take to process N-400 in San Jose and was told between 12-14 months.

Again, the question of the day is "where on earth does AILA get their processing times from?" They ranged from 180 to 240 days and skyrocketed to 360-400 days last month. It's like 6 months worth of cases didn't get processed in a month.... I don't get it.:confused:
