Quick Question:

I photocopied both sides, cut and paste on an 8-1/2 by 11 inches paper and then photecopied it again to make one page ( Which now has both sides). Is it right?

OR

it should be two pages. If it is, shall I write A # on the back side page, because it does not have A#?

What you did is absolutely right. That is what I did. No problems at all.
 
i copied my green card both sides on different pages, and I wrote down my A# on all pages which I sent along with my application form.

deep58: don't be too worrying about little things. don't you think photocopy on a photocopy which it would not a good idea (could you even make a "clear" photocopy on a photocopied?)
