Hi All,

I am filling the Part 6 of the N-400 form where we have to fill in all the addresses of our stay during the last five years. I have the following questions:

1. Do we have to give the address of our stay in India when we went there twice - for periods of about 2 months each?
2. My wife was staying in Seattle intermittently for periods of 2 months and above. Do we have to mention all those periods and address?

Thanks in advance

Bro!.
Citizenship is for US.They need your info for the residence in US to see if you ever over stayed in another country. So I would stay away from mentioning overseas stay speacially addresses. Keep it simple and straight to the point. All you need to mention is your stay in last 5 yrs in the good old US of A.Even it is week or month. You still need to put it down .As stayed, lived, shared or rented a place.

It is all about where you maintained your main residence.

To make it a little clearer: If you are going to a Bed and Breakfast on the weekend to take a break from your daily life in the City, it is fair to say that a stay at the Bed and Breakfast does not change your main residence. On the other side, if you were the owner of a Bed and Breakfast and got there very regularly to accommodate registered because it is a business, one could even make a point that the B&B may be considered your main residence...

Note: The above is not legal advice. I'm not an attorney.
