may I ask why it is NOT required to be listed? I thought Costco membership club is a club, therefore, it needs to be listed.

Then what about Book of the month club, Wine of the month Club or even Columbia/BMG Music club!!

I think the intent of the application is to gather information regarding membership in organizations like Rotary, Lions club, Free masons etc. But then again, I am far from an immigration expert
