N-400 Notice of Action

I need HELP

I just received a "Notice of Action" for N-400 from.
It states that
"Please verfiy information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes"

" You will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local INS Office. You shoudl expect to be notified withing 365 days"

My Questions:
Do you I have to inform that the infromation is CORRECT?
Also, the letter does not state anything regarding finger printing, background check, and such that. Now does that mean that I do not have to do this, or it is just notice informing me that they have received my application.

Please help me

One more thing, I am currently based in California and have been living here since I moved to USA.
My question is do you know how long it usually takes for N-400 to process in California??
FYI: (If matters)I have travelled to India three time within 6 years, and all of my trips have been for 3 months.

In advance, Thank you so much for you response

It just tells you that they got the application. You don't need to call or send any info. They'll send you the fingerprint appointment letter. They'll also send you application for name check without notifying you about it because they don't need anything from you to do that.

So, relax, enjoy the ride and pray to whatever gods you pray that you don't get stuck in the name check hell.

Interview Documents

I need your help again....

I was reading some of the post regarding documents to take to the interview.
1. Many of them had stated to take Traffic Citations. I have had 2 tickets from past 4 years, and both are cleared. I can not find my receipt/copy of clearance.
Where can I get a letter/receipt stating my clearance w/ traffic tickets?
2. Since I filled the application there has been change in my employment history. I have changed my employer. Should I take a new application with this change, or just inform the officer during the interview?
3. My birth certificate is from India, and in Hindi. What should I do? Is it okay?

I am following this post regarding the documents needed. If there is anything else, please let me know

Thank you.

The civics exam is conducted orally during the interview. You'll need to know the answers to 6 out of 10 possible questions, and the IO will stop asking Q's as soon as you reach 6 correct. You'll need to study in advance as this is NOT multiple choice.

The english test comprises reading aloud one sentence, and writing down one sentence spoken by the IO. I had to write "the white house has a large tree".

I've read that some DO's offer the civics/english test during the fingerprinting visit, and that those are probably conducted multiple-choice. However I guess this doesn't apply to you as you've already passed that stage of processing.

you guys know how long it takes to apply for spouse visa?
would I have to visit India?
Do we have to stay together for 60 days before I can apply for spouse?
Can I stay in India for more than 6months?
Can I file the paper from India or I have to come here?
If from India, you guys know any Lawyers in India regarding this issue?
What documents are needed to file?

Thank you

www.visajourney.com is the best place for spousal visa related questions if you're a citizen, or of thinking of applying for one after becoming a citizen.
