i want to ask if anybody knows any rules regarding new application of n-400 while N-336 review is still pending..... My sister got N-400 denied on physical presence calculation mistake for 3 days. ( she was out of country total 916 days in last 5 years while rule is for 913 days). difference occurred due to calculation done by USCIS method and her method is varying by 3 days. she applied for N-336 hearing but that status is also pending since last 2 months. can she still apply again for new N-400 application while her N-336 is pending for hearing to save time for new N-400 if N-336 review gets denial?
