N.400 naturalization application question?

The application #16 said that Have you ever been arrested, cited or detained by any law enforcement officer (including former INS and military officers) for any reason?

The problem is that I got a warning from the officer for the improper left turn from 2006, so I wonder should I said yes or no to that question? And I'm about to have the interview very soon. So should I answer yes to that question #16 and present that Violator Copy when I have the interview?

Some people said its OK not to mention about it, but other said I should mention them also even if its a small offense. So please give me the best advices cause I don't want to have any problem with my case.

Thanks,

A warning is not a citation, arrest or detainment. So no, do not mark 'yes' for that question. There isn't a fine associated with it, nor does it come with a reduction in one's points. I had a warning and didn't mention it on my N-400 app. - I passed without any problems.

However, take the violator copy with you to the interview should the topic arise.

I know people have differing opinions on this, but here is my experience at my interview. I mentioned a traffic citation on my application and during the interview the IO told me not to mention minor traffic citations that did not involve alcohol or drugs. He went on to remove that from the application.
