Dear All,
I hope all is well.
After following the amazing advice of this community in 2019 to go through my DV AOS, I am returning but this time for my N-400 interview.
I have submitted my application earlier this year based on 3-year marriage with a US Citizen and my interview is in a couple of weeks.
Reading through few pages of this forum, I want to make everything airtight so I checked voter registration and it appears that nothing came back, thankfully.
However I do have a few questions on the process, hoping that someone can answer:
1. Do I need to go to the interview with my wife or just bring supporting documentation (leases, marriage certificate, daughter's birth certificate, etc.) ?
2. Will I need to stay on US soil if my application has not been adjudicated prior to my next trip abroad ? (15 days after interview)
