N-400 help with D.A rejected assault case

I am completely lost and have been searching the forums for this answer.

Right now I am filling out the N-400 and I have 3 issues

When I was 19 I got a ticket for minor in possession of an open container
I did 20 hours of community service and a year of Unsupervised probation.

When I was 18 I had gotten thrown in the drunk tank for public intoxication. Went to court
and I was then told the D.A rejected the case. I believe I was booked

By the time I was 21 I got thrown in the drunk tank again for assault, again I got booked. But by the time I had to go to court, again I was told the D.A did not file charges.

Now I am 24 and I have gotten my life together. No more waking up in the tank and what not.

So I am filling out my N-400 and dont know if i should put those 2 arrest since I was never charged.

Also Just in case I did get a certified letter from the court stating that those cases were not in the system just in case. And another one saying that the underage drinking one was closed.

Will the 2 arrests make them deny my citizenship? Only trouble I have been in since are 2 speeding tickets.

Any help or advice will be gladly appreciated.

Happy holidays

You have to list all arrests, even if you were not charged. You also need court documentation of each case where you were arrested, but not for traffic tickets that were under $500 and did not involve DUI, drugs, arrest, or any penalty other than the fine and/or points on your license.

Was your green card approved before you turned 18? If yes, did either parent become a US citizen when you were under 18? If yes, you may have already derived US citizenship through your parent(s) and don't know it.

Okay i was only listing the underage alcoholic drink possession charge
I will list the other 2. The only court documentation I could get was a court certified letter
stating that they were not able to find either case #

Will those 2 charges be enough of a reason to deny my application?

And i believe i got my GC at 17 but my father just became a US citizen this past year. So unfortunately im not a citizen.
