N 400 Form Questions

The new 2016 that I download, doesn't have barcode, do I need to upgrade something on my laptop or the new ones are without barcode on the bottom.

Also, Part 8 " information about employment", my wife never worked for last five years, do I need to write unemployed and write last five years date in that or write Housewife or leave it blank as None?

If I am filling the form for my wife, do I need to write my name at the end for filling out the form?

That's right. There's no barcode in the newest version.

Put Unemployed and the last 5 years for the period (or perhaps put the period since she was last employed?)
